The service
Akaal Healing offers holistic, non-medical energy healing sessions with Irais, held online via Zoom in English or Spanish.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked through our online calendar and paid in full, in US dollars, at the time of booking. Your spot is confirmed once payment goes through. Prices: single 1-hour session $120 USD; Healing Journey of 3 sessions $330 USD.
Rescheduling and cancellations
- You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email.
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance can be refunded or credited to a future session.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed sessions, are not refundable.
- If you join late, the session still ends at the scheduled time.
Packages
The 3-session Healing Journey must be used within 3 months of purchase. Sessions are personal and non-transferable, and unused sessions are not refundable after that period.
Technical issues
If a session can't take place because of a connection problem on our side, we'll reschedule it at no cost. Please make sure you have a stable connection and a quiet, private space.
Not medical care
Energy healing is a holistic practice. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any medical or psychological condition and does not replace care from a doctor or mental health professional. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Please don't stop any medical treatment without talking to your doctor.
Age
Sessions are for adults (18+). Minors may receive a session only with the consent and presence of a parent or guardian.
Confidentiality and recordings
Everything shared in a session is confidential. Sessions may not be recorded by either party without written consent. Meditations and materials on this site are the property of Akaal Healing and are for personal use only.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Quintana Roo, Mexico.
