Irais is an energy healer and spiritual guide with more than 10 years of experience, based in Playa del Carmen, Mexico, and the founder of Akaal Healing. She works with people around the world who want to release emotional weight, clear their energy and reconnect with a clear sense of purpose.

Her gift is natural. Irais was born with clairvoyance and clairsentience: she sees and feels what your energy is holding. It's an ability that comes from past lives, and one she has refined through years of training. Today she pairs that intuition with Litios Light Crystals, in which she holds multiple certifications, as well as Quantum Healing, Reiki Origen, Sakh'Majat, shamanic healing and Zero Point Healing.

Every session is tailored. She listens first, then follows her intuition to choose what your energy needs that day. Sessions take place online via Zoom, in English or Spanish, and in person in Playa del Carmen on request, always in a calm, confidential and non-judgmental space.

How does distance energy healing work?

Energy isn't limited by distance. We start with a short conversation on Zoom about what you'd like to work on. Then you lie down and rest while I work on your energy field, and we close with a brief check-in.

What do I need?

A quiet, private space where you can lie down, a stable internet connection and Zoom on your phone or computer.

How should I prepare?

Think about what you'd like to work on.
Avoid eating meat for a couple of days before your session.
Take a shower before the session.
Wear comfortable clothes.

What should I do after the session?

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes. You can reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, can't be refunded.
